World Build Labs is an elite builder community focused on the World ecosystem. Our mission is to find and support elite founders building internet-native companies that have potential for global impact. Our flagship program, World Build, is a 5 month acceleration program for bold founders creating breakthrough applications on World: a global network of 38M+ users across 160 countries. In the last 12 months, World Build founders have reached 6M users and raised over $15M in venture capital.
Stage 1 — Apply & Hack | April 23–26
A 72-hour online hackathon. Teams compete for ~$20K in prizes. Already have a live Mini App or working demo? Skip the hack and apply directly for stage 2 using the form.
Stage 2 — Build Week in Seoul | May 10–18
Selected teams join a fully funded 8-day build retreat in Seoul, South Korea. Build alongside World's dev team, stress-test your product with real users, and work with mentors, all under one roof.
Stage 3 — Virtual Build Program | May–August 2026
The cohort enters a 3-month virtual program with weekly stand-ups, World team office hours, and workshops led by seasoned founders, builders, and investors. This is where products go from prototype to traction.
Stage 4 — Demo Day at World HQ | San Francisco, Q3 2026
Teams pitch to a curated room of top-tier VCs and World senior leadership at World Build Demo Day, hosted at TfH HQ in San Francisco.
